About Me





{My} name is Shelli and I am the creator of 1768 thirteenth st., an interior design and home decorating blog. As a recent graduate from Eastern Michigan University in Interior Design, I have a passion for creating home environments that are as warm and beautiful as they are comfortable and functional. I have been with Cherry City Interiors & Design since June of 2012 and have become part of an exceptional, professional, approachable and lively group of people.

I love to share my opinions on design and things that inspire me about an interior space and most importantly, making your house a home. I started 1768 thirteenth st. in October 2012 as another way for clients of Cherry City Interiors & Design with a desire to inspire themselves and myself to create an authentic life and home. 

With every new client and project, I bring my own unique style and panache, through eclectic mixes of color, patterns and time periods. Most of all, I hope you find the experience of working with me lighthearted and fun. After all, we are creating a space for you to love and grow.
